considering our very busy schedule. So we end up purchasing what we don’t need
and it ends up as waste.

the left overs. It doesn’t sound appetizing to begin with right? Throwing away
the left-over foods end up polluting the air and the environment. Become creative by producing something else
from the left overs.

the quantity of food. Eat what you know you can
finish and if you are cooking for your family determine to reduce wastage.
